Opportunity

Build recognition beyond individual events. Connect Fremantle Biennale’s purpose, its place in the city and an evolving programme through a clear, consistent approach to audience engagement.

Solution

I developed a six-year communications strategy covering audiences, brand, campaigns, partnerships and digital engagement. For Signals, I translated that framework into creative direction, copywriting, project management and web design.

Working with Tim Meakins and Simran Singh, I connected the light-led identity across campaign material, city-wide wayfinding and a website that brought the programme, schedules and locations together.

Outcome

A cohesive physical and digital experience for Signals, supported by a communications framework that remains in use. A consistent foundation for future editions, with room for each to develop its own character.
